Radium High Flow Fuel Filter

The Radium Engineering High Flow Fuel Filter is a universal inline fuel filter CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium with Type-II anodising for maximum corrosion resistance. Both removable end caps feature large 10AN ORB female threaded ports for high-flow plumbing. Viton O-ring seals are used throughout for compatibility with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, methanol, ethanol, and E85. Safe for fuel pressures up to 150 PSI with negligible pressure drop.

The large 4.2" x 1.75" element maximises flow without sacrificing filtration, and holds a high volume of contaminants before becoming a restriction — resulting in an exceptionally long service life.

Filter Selection Guide

20-0220-03 — Stainless Steel, 10 Micron

• Reusable and cleanable stainless steel mesh element
• Ideal for: E85, methanol, and applications requiring a serviceable element
• Meets and exceeds Bosch fuel filtration specification (nominal 5μm, 82% minimum capture efficiency)

20-0220-04 — Stainless Steel, 100 Micron

• Reusable and cleanable coarse stainless steel mesh element
• Ideal for: Pre-filter / surge tank inlet applications where a coarser element is preferred

20-0220-05 — Microglass, 6 Micron

• 99.9% capture efficiency at 6 micron
• Ideal for: Maximum injector protection and high-demand filtration applications
