Returns Policy

Return Policy:
Not all items purchased from Coore can be returned for a refund. Items that are not in stock in the COORE warehouse that need to be specially ordered from a supplier cannot be returned.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from when they are received. Items that are available for return will attract a 15% Restocking Fee when refunding.
Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return. Items can be returned that are faulty Items for repair or replacment. 

Costs incured for Refunds.
If the item is paid with Paypal (1.7%) or CC (1.7%), the fees associated with the sale will not be refunded.
*True Shipping cost will NOT be refunded from the original purchase. 
If you wish to swap the item to another brand or model, No fees are needed. 

HOW do I return my purchased item?
Please email our sales team and they will do an RMA for you ( Return Merchandise Authorization) and they will send you a form back via email. Fill this out and send back with the product. With out this we cant process the return or refund/exchange. Return costs are the responsility of the customer.
When returning items, ensure the items are packaged the same condition that they were sent to you in. Please dont stick labels over the Original Packaging when returning. Wrap the item in Bubble wrap or put into another box. If the item comes back in a condition other then its original condition, a refund cant be given . Once we get the item back a refund/exchange will be done with in 48 hours. If there are any issues with the return we will send you email or call you to discuss

* Coore charges customers a FLAT $15 and $21.99 shipping costs when purchasing.. When we ship items the TRUE cost is usually higher as we soak up the extra costs as a service to our customers. EG,  if we send a brake kit to Perth, we charge $15  flat shipping. But Coores True cost is approx $70 via our couriers. if we return that item, the true cost will be passed onto the customer.
