The Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Install Kit is a plug-and-play (bolt-in) adapter solution for fitting popular 39mm aftermarket high-performance fuel pumps to the Porsche 911 Turbo 996 fuel tank. The kit features a CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminium sleeve that slides over the 39mm aftermarket pump to mimic the larger 50mm diameter of the OEM Porsche pump. The machined rib snaps into the fuel pump hanger and correctly locates the filter sock. No permanent modifications to the fuel system are required. The OEM Porsche venturi jet pump system and level sender are fully retained.

Important: For pumps not listed below, measure the outside diameter before ordering. If the pump OD is greater or less than 39mm, this kit may not be compatible.

Notes

• All pumps listed above outflow the OEM Porsche pump, excluding the Walbro 255LPH — however, if the OEM check valve is removed (see installation instructions), the 255LPH will also outflow the OEM pump
• To resolve fuel starvation issues inherent with the OEM 996 fuel tank system, Radium recommends using this kit alongside the Radium Fuel Surge Tank Kit
• No permanent modifications to the fuel system are required
• OEM venturi jet pump system and level sender are fully retained
