The ZE40 is an all-new 10-spoke design. Each spoke has a finish that looks good and also helps reduce weight, and the spokes come in four different concave faces depending on the width and offset you choose. The centre uses a new overhang design for strength and looks.

Details include machined logos and high-speed air valves, and the barrel features anti-slip bead knurling developed from Formula 1 competition wheels.

Face profile (F1–F5) indicates spoke concavity — higher numbers are deeper.
