Converting from OEM side-feed injectors to top-feed? These are the same CNC-machined aluminium injector seats used in Radium Engineering's own Nissan fuel rail kits. They press directly into the intake manifold injector ports and seal via the included Viton O-ring, providing a clean, leak-free foundation for top-feed injectors with a 14mm lower O-ring — the common standard for aftermarket injectors.
Available in two sizes to suit different manifold bore diameters — measure your manifold's injector counterbore before ordering. Size is not interchangeable between applications.
Colour guide: 30mm seats are black anodised. 25mm seats are Radium green anodised. Both are laser etched with the Radium logo.

Installation
- Thoroughly clean any dirt or debris from the intake manifold injector seat bores.
- Lubricate the Viton O-rings with clean engine oil.
- Press each seat firmly into the manifold injector port until fully seated — use a small rubber mallet if required.
