Radium In-Tank Fuel Collector Box — Triple Valve (20-0150)
The Radium In-Tank Fuel Collector Box is designed for use in fuel cells or large fill-plate tanks to protect against fuel starvation caused by fuel slosh. The in-tank fuel pump or pickup tube is inserted into the collector box, and three check valves act as trap doors — keeping fuel contained inside the box regardless of the direction the vehicle is cornering, braking, or accelerating.
The 20-0150 Triple Valve version includes 3 billet check valves and can be oriented in any direction for maximum installation flexibility. The small tab on top of the box can be hand-formed to secure a pump or pickup tube using a clamp or zip tie, depending on the application.
For the ultimate in fuel starvation protection, this product complements the Radium Engineering FCST (Fuel Cell Surge Tank). All materials are compatible with petrol and all alcohol blends including E85.
Check Valve Features (20-0151):
- Large 1" ball for maximum flow
- 2-piece housing machined from billet 6061 aluminium, anodized for corrosion resistance
- Full-travel slot design (not round drilled holes) — prevents ball from getting stuck and promotes quick filling
Collector Box Construction:
- Material: 5052 aluminium
- Construction: TIG welded, media blasted, bright-dip anodized
- Corrosion resistance: Optimal — suitable for petrol and all alcohol blends including E85
Suits: Universal — fuel cells and large fill-plate tanks requiring in-tank fuel starvation protection
Available Part Numbers:
- 20-0150 — In-Tank Fuel Collector Box, Triple Valve (3x check valves included)
