The Radium Fuel Hanger Surge Tank allows 1, 2 or 3 aftermarket fuel pumps to be run in the stock RH fuel tank of the 2020+ Corvette C8, installing on the side opposite the OEM pump module. The 20-1110 version suits Walbro GSS342 and AEM 50-1200.

It can be configured three ways: as a true surge tank (direct injection only, or direct plus port injection), as a merged hanger for direct injection only, or as isolated direct and port injection systems. A venturi siphon jet pump draws fuel from outside the collector to the pump inlets (using 15-45 LPH depending on fuel pressure – allow for this when sizing pumps), while the one-piece anodised collector box is kept full by three 355 LPH one-way fill valves and fuel returning from the regulator. The 10AN ORB feed port has a low-profile 8AN male fitting, the return has a low-profile 6AN male fitting, and a 3/8in SAE quick connect is supplied for surge tank use.

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not listed in Radium's kit contents
• For Walbro F90000-series, Protec, Fuelab or DeatschWerks DW810 pumps see 20-1112; for the Ti Automotive E5LM see 20-1111
• The rear subframe / drivetrain must be removed to access the OEM tanks – the engine is commonly removed as well
• Each pump needs its own relay and fuse – order one wiring kit per pump (qty 1, 2 or 3)
• The OEM FPR delete (Radium 20-1278) is only required for the merged configuration
• Radium also offers a C8 FPR mount (20-1279, accepts 20-1100-00 / -01 or 20-1102 regulators) and an RWD fuel filter mount (20-1280) – contact Coore for availability
• Radium's listing does not specifically mention right-hand-drive (Australian-delivered) C8s – confirm fitment with Coore before ordering
