Radium Fuel Hanger FPR Block Off Plate — Ford Mustang S197 / S550 (2011+)

This kit bypasses the integrated fuel pressure regulator on Radium fuel hangers (20-0800, 20-0801, 20-0802), allowing an external aftermarket fuel pressure regulator to be used in its place. An essential upgrade for high-power Mustang builds running a standalone FPR for precise fuel pressure control.

Kit includes a Viton O-ring, anodized aluminium block-off plate, and stainless steel plug for a clean, leak-free installation.

Suits:

  • Ford Mustang S197 (2011+) — with Radium fuel hangers 20-0800, 20-0801, or 20-0802
  • Ford Mustang S550 (2011+) — with Radium fuel hangers 20-0800, 20-0801, or 20-0802

Kit Includes:

  • 1x Anodized aluminium FPR block-off plate
  • 1x Viton O-ring
  • 1x Stainless steel plug

Important Notes:

  1. A 6AN ORB fitting is required for the return port. If the rear seat is being retained, a low-profile 6AN ORB fitting must be used to maintain clearance.
  2. A fuel pressure regulator (not included) must be installed downstream in the fuel system. Installation of the external FPR is not covered in the included instructions.

Available Part Numbers:

  • 20-0806 — Fuel Hanger FPR Block Off Plate, Ford Mustang S197 / S550 (2011+)
