The Radium Engineering Fuel Filter Kit is a direct replacement for the OEM Porsche fuel filter, mounted in the upper LH rear engine bay of the 996 and 997.1 chassis. The Radium filter is less restrictive than the OEM Porsche unit, reducing pre-filter pressure and current draw on the fuel pump, lowering fuel temperature, and increasing fuel flow. Installation requires only basic tools with no cutting or drilling required.
