The Radium Engineering 20-1010 fuel hanger is a direct replacement for the stock fuel pump assembly in the 2014–2019 C7 Corvette. No cutting or modification of the vehicle is required for installation. A dual pump add-on (20-0937, sold separately) is available for high-power applications, and plumbing kits are available to simplify installation with high-flow fuel lines and fittings.

If two aftermarket pumps are required, the dual pump add-on must also be purchased. Selecting the correct fuel pump is based on expected engine power output, fuel type (gasoline, E85, flex fuel, etc.), and fuel pressure requirements.

Fittings

• Fuel pump outlet tapped for 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female threads on the top plate
• Included fuel pump outlet fitting: 8AN male
• Fuel return inlet tapped for 8AN ORB (3/4"-16) female threads on the top plate
• Included fuel return inlet fitting: 6AN male
• All fittings machined low enough to clear the surrounding area

Preventing Fuel Starvation

Several mechanisms work together to move fuel into the integrated collector and keep it full at all times, ensuring the pump has adequate fuel available even during aggressive driving. The internal pump is supplied from 3 independent sources:

• Consistent crossover fuel scavenged from the passive side of the fuel tank
• Constant low-pressure returning fuel from the fuel pressure regulator
• Two 1-way fill valves on the bottom of the collector (each flowing 355LPH) allow fuel in but not out, keeping the collector as full as the current tank level

Electrical

• Custom-designed stainless steel electrical studs handle high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors cannot
• Hermetically sealed, serviceable connections impervious to all standard and exotic fuels
• Non-conductive anodized aluminium acorn nuts prevent accidental short circuiting
• In-tank wiring insulated with high-quality, chemically resistant ETFE
