An oil catch can is essential to protect the engine from elevated levels of crankcase blow-by accumulated during aggressive driving. Excess oil-saturated air circulating back into the intake stream degrades performance, promotes sludge buildup, and in turbocharged applications, reduces intercooler thermal efficiency. The Radium Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit provides a complete closed-loop solution for the Subaru BRZ, Toyota 86, and Scion FR-S — covering both the PCV and CCV circuits for maximum engine protection.
Each catch can features large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. The kits do not vent to atmosphere (VTA) — making them emissions compliant and track legal. Closed-loop systems route clean filtered air back through the engine to promote negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance and prevent oil vapours entering the cabin.

Platform Notes:
- Compatible with both Right Hand Drive (RHD) and Left Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles.

Kit Contents — What’s Included:
- 20-0901 PCV Kit — Mounts on the RH side of the engine bay. Runs inline with the 3/8" PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve. Captures crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge that would otherwise be drawn into the intake manifold during idle, cruise, and deceleration. Pressure-sealed design also suits boosted applications.
- 20-0902 CCV Kit — Mounts on the LH side of the engine bay. Runs inline with the 1/2" breather port. Captures crankcase vapours drawn into the intake pipe under high load (WOT). Essential for turbocharged/supercharged applications to prevent oil accumulation in the intercooler.
