Radium Air Oil Separator - Universal Kit
The Radium Engineering Universal Air Oil Separator (AOS) Kit is a complete solution for custom crankcase ventilation builds where a vehicle-specific kit is not available. CNC-machined from billet aluminium and anodised for corrosion resistance, the AOS captures oil mist and vapour from crankcase gases before they re-enter the intake system — protecting intake valves, intercoolers, throttle bodies, and intake manifolds from oil contamination and carbon buildup.
Particularly effective on turbocharged, supercharged, and direct injection engines where oil vapour recirculation is a known issue. Closed loop system — does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal.
Features
- CNC-machined billet aluminium construction with anodised finish
- Multi-stage oil separation baffling
- Multiple inlet and outlet ports for versatile custom plumbing
- Integrated dipstick for easy oil level inspection without removal
- Closed loop design — emissions compliant and track legal
- Universal fitment — suitable for any custom installation
Benefits
- Removes oil vapour before it enters the intake system
- Prevents oil contamination of intercoolers, throttle bodies, and intake manifolds
- Reduces intake valve carbon buildup — critical for direct injection engines
- Lowers hydrocarbon emissions
- Excessive oil collection can indicate a damaged engine — dipstick allows easy monitoring
Note: Universal fitment — verify mounting location, port sizing, and plumbing requirements for your specific application before ordering. Vehicle-specific kits are available for many popular platforms.
