The E46 3 Series is one of the most popular BMW platforms for track days and enthusiast builds, and the M54 six is a sweet, durable engine. Its weak point is the cooling system: the factory plastic-tank radiator is notorious for cracking with age and heat cycles.

Koyorad's VH422857 is a 36mm all-aluminium replacement for the factory radiator in manual non-M3 E46 models with the M54. It is built to the OE footprint and accepts the factory hoses.
