The ADRO G87 M2 race diffuser is part of ARD (ADRO Racing Division), ADRO's motorsport engineering program, where every component is CFD simulated and track tested before release. It is developed as the endpoint of a complete underbody system rather than a standalone part bolted to the rear bumper.

On the G87, gaps under the car let high-pressure air bleed into the underbody from the sides and centre. The diffuser undertray seals those gaps to keep underbody velocity high. Strakes inside the diffuser then generate vortices that energise the boundary layer and prevent flow separation as the channel expands, helped by the conditioned, high-velocity flow fed rearward by the ARD undervanes.

The complete ARD Aero Package generates 2555 N (574 lb) of downforce at 180 km/h, compared with 189 N for a stock M2. Prepreg carbon fiber holds the diffuser's designed geometry at speed and under heat, so it performs consistently across a full session.
