The ARP 202-4309 cylinder head stud kit replaces the factory head bolts on Nissan RB20DET, RB25DET and RB30 twin cam engines, as well as the CA18DET, with high-strength ARP2000 studs and 12-point nuts. Studs give far more accurate and repeatable clamping load than factory torque-to-yield bolts, keeping the head sealed under the extra cylinder pressure of higher boost and big power builds.

ARP2000 is a premium alloy rated to around 220,000 psi tensile strength, a big step up from standard 8740 chrome moly hardware and well beyond the factory bolts. For RB and CA engines, the clamping load the head can take is the real limit, so ARP2000 gives you all the clamping force these engines can use without paying extra for exotic materials.

Important Notes

• Install with ARP assembly lubricant and torque to ARP's specification, not the factory head bolt torque spec.
• This 11mm kit is for the RB20DET, RB25DET, RB30 with twin cam head and CA18DET. It does not suit the RB26DETT.
• Engine components should be installed by a qualified mechanic or engine builder.
