The Radium Engineering 14-0291 adapts a 6AN ORB (O-ring boss) port to an 8.5mm hose barb. Radium lists it in its 6AN ORB to barb connections range.

Radium 6AN ORB adaptor fittings are made from anodised billet aluminium and can be used in any application with a 9/16"-18 O-ring port, the same thread pitch used on 6AN ORB fittings. They use FKM O-rings, which suit all oil and fuel types.
