Overview

The PRL Motorsports Rear Engine Mount Upgrade is a billet 6061 aluminium I-beam mount engineered to eliminate the rattle, vibration, and feedback issues that plague most aftermarket motor mount upgrades for the 10th-gen Civic platform. The result is noticeably improved drivetrain response without compromising daily comfort.

The Right Way to Build a Motor Mount

Where most aftermarket mounts use solid urethane (loud, harsh) or compromised rubber (slop, wear), PRL chose press-fit 60A EPDM bushings. EPDM is the same material OE manufacturers use because of its resistance to heat, chemicals, abrasion, and most importantly — it does not mushroom or deteriorate over time the way urethane does.
