Radium Fuel Surge Tank Frame Rail Mount Kit — Lotus Elise/Exige 2ZZ-GE

Note: Fuel Surge Tank (FST) is not included. Not compatible with the Radium MPFST.

This comprehensive installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium FST-R with a single 39mm fuel pump in a US-market 2ZZ-GE powered Lotus Elise or Exige. The kit locates the FST on the right-hand side of the vehicle — either in the engine bay near the alternator or in the trunk — and is designed for use with the Radium FST-R, which features an integrated fuel pressure regulator. No external regulator is required.

All factory fuel lines are replaced with high-quality -6AN stainless steel braided PTFE hose with a black PVC cover for abrasion protection. The kit is fully compatible with E85, ethanol, and all popular alcohol fuels, and works with both the OEM fuel rail and a Radium Fuel Rail.

Frame Rail Mount: Designed for 2004+ Lotus Elise/Exige with a non-supercharged 2ZZ-GE engine. Compatible with A/C-equipped cars and ideal when the clamshell is modular. Note: on OEM supercharged Elise/Exige models, Lotus relocated the emissions charcoal canister to this area — the canister must be removed or relocated if this FST location is used. Lotus Cup Cars do not use a charcoal canister, so the Frame Rail Mount is fully viable.
