Radium Fluid Lock PCV Catch Can Kit - Subaru BRZ ZD8/Toyota GR86 22+
Application: Toyota GR86 and Subaru BRZ (2022+)
Part Type: PCV Fluid Lock oil catch can kit
Part Number: 20-0911-FL
The Radium 20-0911-FL catch can kit runs inline with the 5/8in PCV valve hose and mounts on the RH side of the engine bay of the 2022+ GR86 and BRZ. It separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, keeping the intake, throttle body and manifold cleaner and keeping oil vapour out of the cabin.
Because the can is pressure sealed, the PCV kit can connect to the intake manifold and suits boosted applications. Radium's Fluid Lock reservoir is a patented mechanism that stops the can overfilling and traps collected fluid until it's emptied. The cans mount to factory bosses and holes with no cutting, drilling or permanent modification.
Key Features
- PCV Circuit: Inline with the 5/8in PCV valve hose, RH side of the engine bay
- Fluid Lock: Patented Fluid Lock design stops the reservoir overfilling and traps collected fluid until the can is emptied
- Large Ports: 10AN ORB inlet and outlet ports
- Drain Port: 4AN ORB drain port
- 2-Step Baffling: Two-step oil separation baffling
- Dipstick: O-ring sealed dipstick to check the fluid level
- Pressure Sealed: No inline check valve needed, so a direct intake manifold connection is permitted
- RHD and LHD: Can placement suits both RHD and LHD vehicles

Optional Parts

- Radium Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit, Subaru BRZ ZD8 / Toyota GR86 ZN8 (2022+) (20-0913-FL) – PCV and CCV kits together – Radium recommends this for maximum engine protection
- Radium Catch Can Petcock Drain Kit (20-0024) – drain the can without removing the lower reservoir, where there is space under the can
Important Notes
- Designed to suit both RHD and LHD vehicles – RHD installs require minor brake line clearancing
- There is no fixed emptying interval – start checking the integrated dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving and adjust from there; PCV cans generally collect more than CCV cans
- Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by from engine damage, crankcase windage from an overfilled oil level, poor breather port placement or baffling, or a PCV valve leaking under heavy load
- Installation instructions are available in the Instructions tab
