Radium Fluid Lock CCV Catch Can Kit - Nissan Silvia / 200SX S15 (SR20DET)
Suits:
- Nissan Silvia / 200SX S15 — SR20DET
The Radium Engineering Fluid Lock CCV Catch Can Kit is a precision-engineered crankcase ventilation solution for the Nissan S15 Silvia and 200SX. Featuring large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick, this kit mounts using factory holes and integrates cleanly with surrounding components.
This is a closed loop system — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal. By capturing oil and sludge from CCV gases before they re-enter the intake, the system keeps your intercooler clean and maintains peak thermal efficiency.
No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications required.
CCV Catch Can Kit
The CCV catch can mounts to 2 of the wiper blade motor mounts and runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. At high load (WOT), it captures high-flow crankcase blow-by that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance over time.
Includes:
- Baffled oil catch can
- Nissan-specific mounting bracket
- AN adapter fittings and hose ends
- Stainless steel hardware
- Radium CCV hose
Notes:
- This kit does not address blow-by from the PCV valve side of the crankcase.
- For complete crankcase coverage, this kit is compatible with and recommended to be paired with the PCV Catch Can Kit (20-0635).
- For the ultimate in engine protection, Radium recommends the full Dual Catch Can Kit (20-0637-FL) for the Nissan S15 Silvia/200SX.
