The Radium Engineering Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit is the ultimate crankcase protection solution for the Nissan S15 Silvia and 200SX. Featuring large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick, these kits mount using factory holes and integrate cleanly with surrounding components.

This is a closed loop system — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal. By removing oil and sludge from PCV gases before they re-enter the engine, the system promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance and prevents unwanted oil vapours from entering the cabin.

No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications required.

PCV Catch Can Kit

The PCV catch can runs inline between the PCV valve and the intake manifold, mounting to 3 OEM threaded bosses in the RH corner near the firewall. It captures crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge that would otherwise be drawn into the intake manifold during idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration.

CCV Catch Can Kit

The CCV catch can mounts to 2 of the wiper blade motor mounts and runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. At high load (WOT), it captures high-flow crankcase blow-by that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance over time.
