The factory plastic coolant tank on BRP machines is prone to failure – and when it lets go, it can leave you stranded. The Radium Coolant Tank Kit replaces it with a CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminium tank that bolts into the factory location and connects straight to the OEM hoses.

It holds 1240mL – 240mL more than the OEM tank – and has a clear sight window so the coolant level can be checked at a glance. Internally it keeps the OEM two-chamber layout, with crossover passages at the top and bottom so the chambers aren't isolated.

Pressure Cap Options (sold separately)

A pressure cap is not included – reuse your factory cap or fit a Radium Type-A cap. A higher-rated cap raises the coolant boiling point, which is worth considering for extreme conditions:

• 1.1 bar (approx. 15.6 psi) – OEM rating
• 1.3 bar (approx. 18.9 psi)
• 1.5 bar (approx. 21.8 psi)
