The G025 follows the Volk Racing design philosophy of shape driven by function. Using RAYS structural analysis, its spokes are just 5 mm wide, compared with 6.5 mm using conventional technology, yet they easily handle the power of the latest high-performance cars. It is made 100% in-house by RAYS.

It uses a 2x5 design, with each bolt hole positioned in the centre of a spoke rather than between spokes. Lightening holes beside the bolt holes and at the roots of the spokes are machined on a 5-axis machine. The spoke section, completely different from the G25 and G16, suits the latest trend for high offsets and big brakes, with a sharp racing concave.

Face profile (F1–F5) indicates spoke concavity — higher numbers are deeper.
