The Radium Engineering Toyota Injector Seats are the same machined aluminium seats used in Radium fuel rails. Required when converting an OEM side-feed fuel rail to a top-feed setup on popular Toyota engines. One seat is required per injector. The seat presses into the intake manifold injector port and seals into the 22mm machined injector counterbore using the included Viton O-ring. The 14mm lower bore is a common standard compatible with a wide range of aftermarket top-feed injectors.

Installation

1. Thoroughly clean any dirt or debris from the intake manifold injector seat bores
2. Lubricate the Radium injector seat O-rings with clean engine oil
3. Press the injector seat firmly into the intake manifold injector port until fully seated — use a small rubber mallet if necessary
