The Radium 20-0862 Fuel Rails replace the factory rails on the GM Vortec 8100 (L18) 8.1L big block. They are CNC machined from 6061 aluminium, black anodised and laser etched, and each rail has six 8AN ORB ports – twelve in all – for flexible feed, return, regulator, damper and gauge plumbing.

These are upgrade rails for OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors. Matching Radium plumbing kits turn them into a plug-and-play installation: 20-1062 for 2001-2003 return-style systems and 20-1162 for 2004-2010 returnless systems.

Important Notes

• This is an upgrade rail – OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height and the same upper and lower O-ring diameters and styles)
• Radium does not make injector recommendations – consult your tuner and the injector manufacturer
• The rails do not come with adapter fittings – fittings, regulators, pulse dampers and gauges are sold separately
• Allow ample clearance around the ports for larger accessories such as regulators, gauges and pulse dampers
• The rails' injector clip features suit smaller Bosch-style clips, not GM clips (the clips are optional for operation)
