The Radium 20-0877 fuel rail suits the VW 2.8L 12V VR6 and ships with two sets of mounts to suit either lower intake manifold: early engines with the aluminium lower intake manifold use the long mounts, and late engines with the polymer lower intake manifold use the short mounts. On late manifolds a Radium fuel pulse damper can be fitted in the centre port.

The rail has a 0.7in internal bore and ports tapped for 8AN ORB fittings. It is compatible with the OEM late model upper intake manifold when using OEM-equivalent injectors, and the OEM injector retaining clips can be reused.

Important Notes

• Not compatible with the early model aluminium upper intake manifold
• This is an upgrade rail: OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height and the same upper and lower O-ring diameters and styles). Radium does not make injector recommendations – ask your tuner about brand and flow rate, and the injector manufacturer for a dimensionally correct part number
• Fittings are not included – select 8AN ORB fittings to suit your application
• Leave enough space around the ports for accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, gauges and fuel pulse dampers – contact Coore for Radium's dimensional drawings to check clearance
