The Radium 20-0980 Fuel Pump Hanger replaces the OEM pump assembly in the LH tank of the mid-2003 to 2013 Corvette and is configured for one aftermarket fuel pump. A second pump can be added with the 20-0937 Dual Pump Add-On. Choose the pump to suit the expected power output, fuel type and fuel pressure.

The integrated collector is fed from three sources to prevent starvation during hard driving: crossover fuel scavenged from the passive side of the tank by the OEM jet pump siphon, low-pressure return fuel from the regulator, and two one-way fill valves (355 LPH each) that let fuel in but not out. Custom stainless electrical studs handle high current, are hermetically sealed and use non-conductive anodised acorn nuts, and the in-tank wiring is ETFE insulated.

Important Notes

• Fuel pump not included
• A fuel pressure regulator and a low-micron external fuel filter must be added – the Radium plumbing kits include both
• Ti Automotive E5LM and Walbro F90000295 pumps have no integrated check valve – Radium includes a high-flow check valve for these
• DeatschWerks DW440 / DW810, Protec 11928 and Fuelab 49614 (41-43mm bodies) need the 20-0441 pump clamp
• Single-pump installs can reuse the OEM pump wiring, but upgrading is recommended – one wiring kit per aftermarket pump; a second pump needs its own relay and fuse
• ZR1: Radium recommends replacing the straight SAE quick connect with a 90° fitting (20-1000-06313)
• Fits cars built after VIN 35114930 (November 2002)
