Complete the fuel system installation on your 2022+ FL5 Honda Civic Type R with a Radium Engineering fuel hanger plumbing kit. Designed to complement the Radium fuel pump hanger, each kit provides the fuel lines, filter, regulator, fittings and mounting hardware required to connect the in-tank hanger to the engine bay.

Available Part Numbers

• 20-1095-03: Stainless-steel fuel filter version with a 10-micron filter element.
• 20-1095-05: Microglass fuel filter version with a 6-micron filter element.

Fuel System Plumbing

An 8AN PTFE fuel line connects to the fuel hanger pump outlet and runs behind the fuel tank. The high-flow filter is mounted to the left-hand side of the fuel tank using the supplied mounting hardware and retainers. From the filter outlet, a second 8AN PTFE fuel line runs towards the front of the vehicle.

The supplied billet aluminium fuel and brake line retainers replace the factory plastic retainers to support the larger feed line securely.

In the engine bay, 6AN EFI hose and SAE quick-connect adapters convert the OEM fuel feed line into a fuel return line. At the rear of the vehicle, the 6AN PTFE fuel line and SAE quick-connect fitting connect the OEM line to the new return port on the fuel hanger.

Dual Fuel Pressure Regulation

The DFPR mounts to the firewall using OEM threaded holes and provides two independent fuel pressure outputs. For the OEM direct-injection system, the black adjustment knob and supplied 0-100psi gauge are used to calibrate low-pressure fuel pump pressure.

If a port-injection system is added later, the independent outlet can be used with the appropriate 8AN ORB adapter and fuel line. The port-injection outlet is supplied with an 8AN ORB plug, and port-injection fuel pressure is calibrated using the green adjustment knob.
