The Radium Engineering Dual Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit is the complete crankcase ventilation solution for the Ford Fiesta ST, combining both the PCV side and crankcase side catch cans in a single purchase. Both cans function completely independently of each other and can also be purchased separately.

This is a closed loop system — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal. Each catch can features large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick for easy fluid inspection. Both kits mount using factory holes and fit under the OEM engine cover with no modifications required.

Fiesta ST Catch Can System Overview

20-0377-FL — PCV Catch Can Kit: Secures to the front RH motor mount. Runs inline with the PCV valve, retaining factory function. Effective during idle, steady-state cruising, and deceleration when metered vacuum would normally draw crankcase vapour, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold. Because Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, a direct intake manifold connection is permitted on this boosted application.

20-0378-FL — Crankcase Catch Can Kit: Secures to the 2 ECU mounting studs on the rear LH side of the engine bay. Runs inline with the crankcase vent port. At high load (WOT), captures high crankcase blow-by flow that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance over time.
