Radium catch cans separate oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, preventing oil build-up in the intake, intercooler, throttle body and intake manifold. Cleaner inlet air raises effective octane and improves performance, lowers hydrocarbon emissions, and the closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin.

The 20-0379-FL dual kit combines the 20-0377-FL PCV kit and the 20-0378-FL crankcase kit, and is Radium's recommendation for maximum engine protection. The PCV can runs inline with the PCV valve and mounts to the front right-hand motor mount; the crankcase can runs inline with the crankcase vent and mounts to the ECU studs on the rear left-hand side. Both fit under the OEM engine cover.

Important Notes

• RHD vehicles: the ECU cover near the battery is metal, and Radium's instructions state it must be modified to fit the crankcase catch can
• There is no set emptying interval – check the dipstick from 3-4 weeks and adjust; PCV systems typically collect more than CCV systems
• Excessive collection can indicate an engine problem such as blow-by, an overfilled crankcase, poor breather placement or a PCV valve that does not close under load
