Radium Fluid Lock CCV Catch Can Kit - Ford Focus RS MK3 LZ (2016-2017)

Note: This is the crankcase vent (CCV) side catch can only. The PCV and CCV catch cans function completely independently of each other and are sold individually or together — see also the PCV kit (20-0315-FL) and dual kit (20-0328-FL).

This is a closed loop system — it does not vent to atmosphere (VTA), making it emissions compliant and track legal. The catch can features large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick for easy fluid inspection. Mounts on the rear LH side of the engine bay using factory holes with no cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications required.

CCV Catch Can - How It Works

Runs inline with the crankcase breather port. At low loads it experiences atmospheric pressure, but at high load (WOT) it captures high crankcase blow-by flow that would otherwise accumulate as oil and sludge in the intake pipe and intercooler — reducing thermal efficiency and performance over time.
