Radium Aftermarket Configuration Fuel Rail Kit — Lotus 2ZZ-GE
This high-volume billet aluminium fuel rail is designed for all 2ZZ-GE engines, covering both normally aspirated and supercharged Lotus applications. Both ends of the rail are tapped to 8AN ORB female threads, using positive O-ring seals instead of tapered pipe threads — eliminating the risk of damaged aluminium threads and fuel leaks common with NPT fittings.
The centre port accommodates the 2ZZ-GE fuel pulse damper from the OEM fuel rail (not included), helping alleviate high-frequency fuel pressure fluctuations for consistent injector performance. The rail is designed to clear the intercooler mounting boss on Exige-S and 2-Eleven models as best as possible without sacrificing fuel flow — minor grinding may still be required in some cases.
