The Radium Engineering 20-1000-0606-85 is a 6AN ORB (O-ring boss) bulkhead fitting with a low profile swivel banjo. It connects an 8.5mm barb on one side to a 6AN male flare on the other, and the ORB threads suit the various Radium fuel hangers or any ORB threaded surface.

The swivel rotates a full 360 degrees, even after installation, making it an excellent option for 90-degree connections where space is tight. It is suitable for high pressure fuel and oil systems up to 400psi and is safe for use with all fuel types, oil and engine coolant.

Important Notes

• Do not exceed 400psi.
• Lubricate the ORB O-ring with O-ring lube, petroleum jelly or oil before installation to prevent damage.
• AN flare connections should be installed dry and clean. Hand thread until fully engaged, then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn after it is fully bottomed out by hand.
