The Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit is a comprehensive installation package for fitting a Radium FST-R (Fuel Surge Tank - Regulated) to the 2017-2020 Ford F150 Raptor EcoBoost. The FST-R is sold separately. Some compatible FST-R pump options outflow the OEM Ford Raptor fuel pump by more than 23%.

How It Works

The OEM fuel pump is repurposed to keep the surge tank full, with excess fuel returning to the OEM fuel tank. The FST-R pump now feeds the engine directly, regulated by the integrated FPR on the surge tank. This ensures continuous fuel supply to the engine even if the OEM pump becomes momentarily starved.

A Radium fuel pressure gauge is included to adjust and monitor fuel pressure. The integrated regulator on the FST-R can be vacuum referenced for 1:1 fuel pressure, or run static (no vacuum reference) to mimic the stock system.

The polished stainless steel bracket mounts the FST-R in a collision-safe area under the LH side of the truck, secured to OEM mounting points with no permanent modifications required.
