Overview

The PRL Motorsports Titanium Turbocharger Inlet Pipe Kit (Big Bore) is a direct bolt-on inlet pipe upgrade for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R (FK8) — engineered to feed the Race MAF / Big Bore HVI Intake and support builds chasing serious horsepower. Over 50% more airflow than factory, in lightweight titanium.

Engineering Details

The kit uses a cast aluminium inlet piece that gasket-matches to the 64mm ID compressor inlet, then transitions into an 80mm OD / 78mm ID titanium crossover pipe sized to mate with the Big Bore HVI airbox. Designed specifically to remove restriction at the turbo inlet on high-output FK8 builds.

Important — Big Bore Fitment

This is the Big Bore version, designed to pair with the PRL HVI Race MAF / Big Bore Intake (PRL-HCR-INT-HVI-B). If running the Street MAF HVI (PRL-HCR-INT-HVI-A), use the matching Standard Bore inlet pipe (PRL-HCR-INT-TIP-A). Does NOT fit the factory airbox.
