The PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System (Street MAF) is a record-setting air intake for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R (FK8) — featuring a 6" cone filter, billet two-piece MAF housing with velocity stack, and HDPE rotomoulded air box. This is the no-tune-required version, calibrated to deliver factory-stable fuel trims while unlocking significant airflow gains.

The Street MAF housing is precision-engineered to maintain factory-like fuel trims without ECU calibration. PRL's engineers profiled the volute and located the MAF sensor flange in the optimal position, resulting in an intake that runs cleanly on the stock tune while delivering serious airflow improvements over the OEM airbox.
