Every ARD component is CFD simulated and track tested before it reaches customers, and ADRO's Head of Aerodynamics brings an F1 development background to every ARD project.

Rather than a styling add-on, the quad canards manage the vortices started by the front splitter assembly and direct airflow around the front wheels. Their stacked vortices build in strength as they travel rearward, forming a curtain of managed airflow between the splitter endplates and the wheel arches. This reduces the turbulent, high-pressure air spilling inboard from the rotating wheels, keeping the underbody flow cleaner.

The complete ARD Aero Package generates 2555 N (574 lb) of downforce at 180 km/h, compared with 189 N for a stock M2. The canards are made from prepreg carbon fiber, which holds its geometry under sustained load, so each canard keeps its angle of attack, and the vortex it produces, from the first lap to the last.

Key Features

Quad canard layout: Vortices are stacked and sequenced to build in strength as they travel rearward.

Front wheel airflow: Contains and redirects the turbulence thrown off by the rotating front wheels.

Cleaner underbody flow: Reduces high-pressure air spilling inboard, keeping the undervanes working efficiently.

Splitter integration: Manages the vortices initiated by the front splitter assembly.

Prepreg carbon fiber: Lighter and stiffer, with no soft spots or resin-rich areas that can delaminate under load.

Consistent on track: Holds its geometry under sustained aerodynamic load, lap after lap.

ARD developed: CFD simulated and track tested by ADRO Racing Division.

Important Notes

On arrival, check the labels on the packaging to confirm it's the part you ordered, and test fit before painting or installation.
