It mounts on the front left engine bank and installs inline between the crankcase breather port and the air filter inlet pipe. The catch can separates oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they are drawn into the intake, preventing oil build-up in the intake, intercooler system, throttle body and intake manifold.
